Legislation
The ACoP L8 ‘the Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems’ provides comprehensive guidance and advice on the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. This code of practice if followed correctly will help to minimise the risk of contracting illness caused by the Legionella bacteria.
