Legislation

The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 as amended place duties on employers and employees in respect of the control of operator exposure to hazardous substances. The Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005 place duties on employers and employees in respect of occupational exposure to Noise. The Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005 place duties on employers and employees in respect of occupational Hand-Arm and Whole Body vibration.
