Legislation

At OHS Ltd we pride ourselves in taking a practical pro active approach to fulfilling the CDM Co ordinators requirements as laid down by the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007. We will provide and facilitate top level risk management through communication and coordination whilst ensuring the right information is with the right person at the right time. Our cradle to grave approach assists clients in meeting requirements as laid down by the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007.

Why Choose OHS

OHS first task once appointed is to visit the proposed site with the Client and / or design team to review existing health and safety constraints / concerns. Although an individual CDMC is appointed to each project OHS CDM Team work as a collective.  Each member of the OHS CDM Team has a different background (including; architectural, civil engineering, insurance, public sector) giving OHS a wealth of available experience and expertise. At OHS we believe that CDM Falls down at the design stages, where key health and safety hazards / on-going maintenance issues are missed. OHS actively review and comment on all relevant drawings, utilising the whole teams experience, identifying these areas at the conceptual phase of the design works prior to Planning Applications being submitted.

The team bring a vast amount of experience in all sectors across the United Kingdom. The regional location of our office provides a local service regardless of location.
