Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- P402 + reports approved, P403, P404, or Certificate of Competence (S301 + Oral)
- IOSH Working Safely
- Meet RG8 requirements for T1, T2 and T3 surveys
- Meet Lab 30 requirements for air monitoring and 4 stage clearance
- Must have the ability to supervise and monitor projects ensuring that contracts are carried out safely and in accordance with all agreed protocols and legislation
- SLH and IOSH Managing Safely desirable
A full UK driving licence is essential.

- CCP (Certificate of Competence) (S301 + oral)
